Bloggin' Newbie

Blogging. I have a love/hate relationship with the blog world. I am fascinated by the entire blogging community, and am slowly learning all about the "lingo", etiquette, ect.  It has taken me an entire month to write my first post after first signing up for this blog.  I love reading about mothers, especially mothers in similar situations to mine (Wow, I just called myself a mother...still surreal). I guess it is the love I have for human behavior that draws me to enjoying blog reading. Yes, sometimes I feel like a stalker...but I guess people have a blog so people will read them. This brings me to my hate relationship with blogging. I am not entirely certain that I want to write about my life for the internet, or blogging community, to read. I totally get ahead of myself thinking that ANYONE would read my blog.  I have settled this hate with the idea that I am going to write this blog as more of a journal of Noah's life, milestones, and growth.  This way, I can remember everything that happens, and all of Noah's extended family can keep up with everything new without me having to remember to tell them!

The only problem, I am 4 whole months late with getting this started. That means I have 4 months of Noah's life to catch up on. Will this happen? Probably not. I will try my best to back track and briefly update on the last 4 months. It has been a whirlwind, and I can't believe it has been 4 months since this precious little boy came into our life.  I am horrible at keeping track of things, especially in a cute, baby book kind of way. Maybe this will make me be better.

So, who will I write about? Well, Noah of course. He is 4 months and is growing fast, fast, fast. Also, Rich. He is who I share my life with and the daddy to Noah. Maybe sometimes I will write about my 2 brothers, Paul who is 14 and Josh who is 25. Right now, we are so graciously living with my parents so maybe they will make an appearance once in a while. But, the main show stealer will be our little man, our bean, our monkey...Noah.
